Products

Many of our products are handmade or made to order and may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

Bespoke Orders

Custom and personalised products are manufactured specifically to customer requirements. Once production has started, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP. Payment must be received before products are manufactured or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are guidance only. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used safely and appropriately.

Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
