Shipping

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bespoke and large items.

Bespoke Item Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the design, size and complexity of the order. For most bespoke items, we aim to have your order made and ready for collection within 1–2 weeks.

Welding Benches & Benches

Welding benches, steel benches and larger fabrication items may require longer lead times. Please contact us before ordering for current availability and estimated completion times.

Large Items

Benches, fence panels, welding benches and custom fabrications may require specialist delivery or collection arrangements.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your goods on arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible, so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.

Returns

Standard non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned at the customer’s expense.

Bespoke & Personalised Products

Due to their custom nature, bespoke and personalised products are non-refundable once production has started, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

If Something Is Wrong

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We always want to make things right and will review the situation to find the best solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected.
