We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To assist us in assessing the problem, kindly provide clear photographs of the defect or damage. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

  4. Order Cancellation: As our products are made-to-order, it is important to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, it enters the production process, and cancellations cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
